Water Tower Open House
Saint Paul Water Regional Water Services is pleased to announce the annual summer open house at the historic Highland Water Tower. The
tower doors will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday and Sunday, July 21-22. The open house is held in conjunction with the Highland Fest.
