Welcome to the 8th Annual Highland Fest 5K run/walk and Youth 1K Fun Run!
The 1K Fun Run will immediately follow the 5K, and is free for youth 16 & under. 1K participants do not need to register. There will be awards for every 1K participant!
The 5K course is certified and Mississippi River Blvd will be closed for the race. Race results will be posted on Raceberry Jam and Wayzataresults.com. We will have official timers at the finish line for accurate results!
Tee Shirts will go to the first 175 5K registrants. (Please indicate on the registration what size you would like or if you would prefer not to receive a t-shirt).
All age groups are welcome. There will be one water stop half way. Race bags will be handed out at registration and there will be refreshments at the finish line. No Duplication of Awards.
When & Where:
Sunday, July 17th, 9:00 a.m. Registration and staging will be in the parking lot located on Mississippi River Boulevard, just Southwest of the Ford Motor Company parking lot. Parking is available in the Ford Motor Company parking lot adjacent to Mississippi River Boulevard.
Certified Course Route:
Start and Finish are on the Mississippi River Boulevard directly across from the Ford Motor Company. The route goes along Mississippi River Boulevard and turns back just before Cleveland Avenue.

Race Day registrations begins at 7AM and ends at 8:30AM
Registration Fee: Pre-Registration – $20 (must be postmarked by July 8, 2011) Day of Race – $25

Awards:
Top three male and female 5K runners.
Awards will be mailed out to the winners.
